Coming Attractions Theatres, Inc. is seeking part-time Theatre Floor Staff to deliver quality guest service at the ticket and concession counters while maintaining theater cleanliness. You will engage guests, process sales, and monitor concessions and seating during busy shows.

The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability with a focus on friendly interactions and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and to speak effectively before groups of customers.
• Strong customer service skills and good interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests with eye contact, smile, provide quick and efficient service.
• Keep box and concession area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Inform guests of promotions and savings.
• Process ticket and concession sales, operate POS and make change.
• Offer additional products to complement orders.
