Coming Attractions Theatres, Inc. is seeking a part-time Theatre Floor Staff to provide quality guest service in ticket and concession sales while maintaining the cleanliness of the theatre.

You will engage guests, process sales, handle cash, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment throughout the shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance documents.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; good customer service.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to perform basic math and cash handling; operate a register.
• Willing to train, honest, reliable, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests with eye contact and friendly service at tickets or concessions.
• Keep box and concession areas clean, organized, stocked.
• Inform guests of promotions and savings.
• Process sales at POS and make accurate change.
• Handle minor customer complaints; call manager if needed.
• Prepare concession stand for opening/closing.
• Track inventory and spoilage; general theatre cleaning.
• Perform theatre checks for safety and cleanliness.
