Job summary

Cinemark is seeking Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience across concessions, box office, ushering, or related roles. Team Members must be quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, events, and pricing, ensuring quality service and safety in a fast-paced theatre.

The role supports cross-functional staffing needs, with responsibilities including ticket verification, customer inquiries, and maintaining cleanliness. Training and standards are emphasized at Cinemark.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provides excellent Guest service and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently; follow directions.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and company policy.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and general theatre details.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests professionally.
• Conducts theatre inspections to monitor presentation and safety.
• Keeps theatre clean and safe, including lobby and auditoriums.
• Prepares food and operates cooking and warming equipment.
• Wipes down and sanitizes high-contact areas.
• Complies with local health and safety regulations.
• Monitors safety issues and reports to management.
• Assists with opening and closing duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
