B&B Theatres in Ridgeland, MS is seeking a part-time frontliner to join the guest services team. You will work behind concession and box office, greeting guests and ensuring a magical experience in a fast-paced theatre environment.

The role requires evening/weekend availability and flexibility around holidays, with duties spanning ticketing, concessions, and customer service to keep guests satisfied.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willing to obtain R-Serving, Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications; paid by the company.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist guests professionally, friendly and efficiently.
• Operate POS for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise sales.
• Prepare and serve concession items adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Monitor auditorium conditions for guest safety and comfort.
• Assist ushering duties, including ticket scanning, guiding guests to seats, and enforcing policies.
• Support opening/closing procedures, including restocking and cash handling.
• Collaborate with team to deliver excellent guest service and support operations.
