Job summary

B&B Theatres Harrisonville is seeking a part-time Theatre Staff member to engage guests with friendly service behind concessions and box office, with shifts in the evening and on weekends. You will help create magical guest experiences while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include selling tickets, serving concessions, maintaining theatre cleanliness, and assisting with ushering and policies. Training and flexibility for holidays are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old at hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Willingness to obtain R-Serving, Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications as required. All required certifications will be paid for by the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise sales.
• Prepare and serve concession items following food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Assist with ushering duties, including ticket scanning, guiding guests to seats, and enforcing theatre policies.
• Collaborate with team to provide excellent guest service and support overall theatre operations.
