Job summary

B&B Theatres in Ozark, MO is seeking a friendly Theatre Staff frontliner to work behind concession and box office, delivering magical guest experiences during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As part of the guest services team, you will greet guests, handle POS transactions, prepare concessions, maintain clean facilities, and help usher patrons to seats, while upholding the theatre\'s values of family, fun, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old at time of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willing to obtain R-Serving, Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications; certifications paid by the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and make them feel welcome.
• Operate POS systems for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise.
• Prepare and serve concession items following food safety standards.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness in lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Assist with ushering duties including ticket scanning and seating guidance.
• Collaborate with team to deliver excellent guest service.
• Support opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Ensure guest safety and comfort during shows.
