Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS, handle cash, credit, and tickets with accuracy.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experiences and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Promote ticket policies and handle guest inquiries with a high level of service.
• Operate and maintain concessions equipment; ensure food safety and inventory.
• Assist with usher duties: ticket tearing, seating, and crowd control.
• Support opening/closing duties and maintain clean public areas and restrooms.
