Job summary

Regal is hiring team members to support Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. You will provide friendly guest service, operate POS systems, and help maintain a clean, safe theatre environment.

Positions are available as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly roles. The base pay is about $21.30 per hour, with benefits including free movie passes and 401(k) with company match after six months and age 21.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential duties at Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles.
• Completion of cast certification program or progress toward completion.
• Willingness to complete any required alcohol and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system with accuracy for tickets, meals, and payments.
• Promote Regal Crown Club and upsell premium experiences.
• Follow MPAA rating policies and guest service standards.
• Handle concessions, stock checks, and food safety where applicable.
• Assist with usher duties: seating, tickets, and safety inspections.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness and enforce breaks policy as applicable.
