Job summary

Cinemark is hiring Theatre Team Members to create a welcoming environment for Guests and to support theater operations across shifts. You will operate the POS system, handle cash, verify tickets, and assist with customer service and basic theater maintenance.

Applicants should be at least 16, able to work evenings and weekends, and demonstrate strong guest service and teamwork skills. Training on safety and food handling may be required at certain locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Provides excellent guest service.
• Able to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Team oriented and able to follow directions.
• Strong cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark's POS system for all transactions completed on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Keeps theatre property clean and safe; monitors aisles, restrooms, and auditoriums.
• Assists with opening/closing duties and performs other duties as assigned.
