You will operate the POS system, answer questions, and assist guests with tickets and movie information. Duties may include ushering, box office, or concession tasks as staffing needs require.

Candidates should be 16 or older, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role supports safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction across the theatre.

Responsabilidades

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for transactions
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and policies
• Provides pricing, movie information, and event details
• Responds to guest questions with professional service
• Maintains safety and cleanliness in theatre areas
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned
