Job summary

Cinemark is seeking Team Members to create a welcoming environment for Guests and to be knowledgeable about movies, events, pricing, and promotions. Team Members may work across Usher, Box Office, or Concession roles as staffing needs require.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, operating the POS, verifying tickets, and maintaining a clean, safe theatre. Flexible hours and strong guest service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains local/state certification where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Able to communicate in English with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests promptly and professionally.
• Operate Cinemark POS system for transactions.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to auditoriums.
• Provide pricing, movie info, and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, aisles, restrooms, and auditoriums.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned.
• Follow safety and food handling guidelines.
