Job summary

Cinemark is seeking team members to create a welcoming guest experience in a theatre setting. You will operate the POS system, verify tickets, and assist Guests with pricing, showtimes, and events. The role may include cross‑functional duties as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist depending on staffing needs.

Applicants should be 16+ with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A friendly attitude and strong English communication are essential for delivering excellent guest service

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Provide excellent guest service and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests promptly and professionally.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all assigned transactions.
• Verifies tickets at the podium and directs Guests to auditoriums.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and event details.
• Responds to guest questions with courteous service.
• Conducts theatre inspections for safety and quality.
