Job summary

Cinemark is hiring Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience, operate the POS system, and assist with ticketing, concessions, and ushering as needed. You’ll work across roles to help guests enjoy movies and keep facilities safe and clean.

This position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced theatre environment. Training is provided, with opportunities to advance within Cinemark’s theatres.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate in English; strong guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets and directs Guests to auditoriums.
• Answers guest questions and provides movie info and promotions.
• Supports opening and closing duties as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in lobby, theaters, and restrooms.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
