Job summary

Cinemark is hiring Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience. You will greet guests, operate the POS, verify tickets, and share movie information. Roles may include Usher, Box Office or Concession as staffing needs require.

Candidates should be 16+, flexible for evenings/weekends/holidays, and capable of working both independently and in a team while maintaining English communication. Training and benefits are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team and independently; communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Operate POS system and complete transactions on assigned register.
• Verify tickets and direct guests to auditoriums.
• Provide pricing, movie info, and answer guest questions.
• Maintain clean theatre areas and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Ensure compliance with safety and food handling guidelines as required.
• Support cross-functional roles (Usher, Box Office, Concession) as needed.
