Job summary

Cinemark is hiring Theatre Team Members to greet Guests, operate the POS, verify tickets, and provide movie information. This role supports a welcoming theatre environment and delivers excellent customer service across shifts.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, assisting with opening/closing, and ensuring safety protocols. The position requires standing for extended periods, teamwork, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Provides excellent Guest service and communicates in English.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Cash handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark's POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating and policy.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and general theatre details.
• Responds to guest questions in a professional manner.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the theatre environment.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
