Cinemark is seeking a Theater Team Member to welcome guests and maintain a high standard of service across usher, box office, and concession tasks. You will be the first friendly face, handling transactions, answering questions, and helping guests find their seats.

This role requires 16+ years old, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training in food handling may be required, and customer service is central to every shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic food handling training and any local/state required certifications.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Willingness to follow directions and respond with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, events, and policies.
• Responds to Guest questions with professional service.
• Conducts theatre inspections to monitor presentation and safety.
• Keeps theatre clean and safe (lobby, aisles, restrooms, auditoriums).
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned.
