Job summary

Regal is seeking team members to work variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly positions. Responsibilities include operating the box office and concession POS systems, promoting Regal Crown Club, and enforcing MPAA guidelines while ensuring a high standard of guest service.

Candidates should have cast certification completed or in progress, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program.
• Experience as box office cashier or cast member preferred.
• Must complete Regal beverage server training if selling alcohol.
• Public speaking and listening skills.
• Ability to perform calculations quickly.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system accurately and handle cash, cards, and tickets.
• Upsell Premium Viewing experiences and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Ensure MPAA rating compliance and guest questions.
• Tear tickets, direct patrons, and enforce seating.
• Monitor safety and report issues to management.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain cleanliness.
