Job summary

Regal is seeking team members to support Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. You will handle POS transactions, promote rewards programs, enforce MPAA ratings, assist guests, and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness in a dynamic theatre environment.

Positions include variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly roles with emphasis on attendance, safety, dress code, and guest satisfaction. Training and certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol and your duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, you must complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.

Responsibilities

• Box Office: Operating POS system with cash drawer, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards, and coupons; up-selling Premium Viewing Experience; promote Regal Crown Club; ensure tickets sold per MPAA ratings; respond to guest questions.
