Job summary

Regal in Miami Beach, FL is hiring Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You will assist guests, operate POS systems, and help maintain clean, safe theatres while delivering exceptional service.

Applicants should be able to handle cash transactions, promote Regal Crown Club programs, and comply with MPAA guidelines. A cast certification program is required, with training on beverage service if applicable. Weekend shifts may be available.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier is required.
• If alcohol sales apply, complete any legally required beverage server training.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system with accurate handling of cash, cards, and discounts.
• Upsell Premium Viewing experiences and promote loyalty programs.
• Direct patrons, check tickets, and assist with seating and crowd control.
