Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support theatre operations in Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You will handle ticketing, POS transactions, and guest inquiries while promoting rewards programs and ensuring policy compliance.

The position emphasizes consistent attendance, safety, and customer service in a fast-paced cinema environment. Roles may involve standing for long periods, lifting up to 60 pounds, and adhering to dress code and training requirements, including state alcohol service

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate.
• Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.

Responsibilities

• Box Office: Operate POS system, manage cash and tickets, promote Crown Club, ensure MPAA policy compliance, answer guest questions.
• Concession: Operate POS, manage cash, promote Crown Club, handle inventory and maintain food safety compliance, perform upselling.
• Usher: Tear tickets, guide patrons, enforce MPAA ratings, inspect theatres, assist with opening/closing duties, maintain cleanliness.
