Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff in the Fort Wayne area to support Box Office, Concessions and Usher roles. You will ensure guests receive exceptional service, handle ticketing and sales, promote Regal Crown Club, and maintain a clean, safe theatre environment.

The position may include variable hours across part-time and full-time hourly schedules, with duties distributed between Box Office, Concessions and Usher responsibilities. Prior certification and strong customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Cast certification program completion (or progress toward) required.
• Alcohol training and certification may be required.
• Good public speaking and listening skills expected.
• Ability to perform quick calculations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote Crown Club.
• Ensure tickets are sold according to MPAA ratings and policy.
• Answer guests' questions and assist with seating.
• Perform in-auditorium concession sales when directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in boxes, concessions, and theatres.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and report issues.
