Job summary

Regal is seeking team members in Greenwood, IN for variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly roles. You may work in Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher and represent Regal with guest-first service.

Responsibilities include operating POS systems, promoting rewards programs, and ensuring compliance with safety and rating standards. Benefits include free movie passes and a 401(k) with company match after six months and 21 years of age.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the certificate.
• Regal Responsible Beverage Server training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS system and manage cash drawer, cards and coupons.
• Operate Concession POS system and maintain inventory and stock.
• Promote Regal Crown Club and upsell Premium Viewing experiences.
• Direct patrons to auditoriums and enforce MPAA rating policies.
• Maintain clean theatres, restrooms and lobby areas; open and close duties as assigned.
