Job summary

Cinemark in Flint, MI is seeking a friendly Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience. You will greet guests, operate the POS, answer questions, and help with concessions, box office, and ushering as needed to support staffing requirements.

This role requires a flexible schedule, basic math and cash handling skills, and a strong commitment to guest service. You will work with a team to maintain cleanliness and safety, ensuring a memorable theater visit for all guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Able to communicate in English and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates the POS system for all transactions.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures adherence to MPAA rating system and policies.
• Provides theatre information and answers guest questions.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in lobby, aisles, and auditoriums.
• Performs opening/closing duties as assigned.
