Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all ages and genders.
• Able to work in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to take and follow direction.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and promotions.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests.
• Conducts theatre inspections and maintains safety in auditoriums.
• Keeps theatre clean and free from debris.
• Prepares food and operates cooking equipment.
• Wipes down and sanitizes high-contact areas.
• Complies with local, state, and federal food safety laws.
• Monitors safety and security issues and reports to management.
• Assists with opening and closing duties.
