Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to deliver exceptional guest service in the concession and usher areas. You will handle POS transactions, promote loyalty programs, and maintain clean, safe theatre spaces.

This role requires reading training materials, reading safety guidelines, and working as part of a team to ensure memorable experiences for guests. Regular attendance and adherence to dress code are expected.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as cashier or progress towards completion required.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system with accurate cash drawer handling and concession stock inventory.
• Promote the Regal Crown Club program.
• Operate, prepare, and clean concession-related equipment; upsell items.
• Tear tickets and direct patrons to auditoriums; enforce MPAA ratings.
• Conduct in-theatre inspections for safety and quality; report issues to management.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and maintain clean facilities.
