Job summary

B&B Theatres in Miami, OK is seeking a committed General Manager to lead staff, deliver exceptional guest service, and manage theater operations.

You will hire and train personnel, oversee scheduling, inventory, and promotional events, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with marketing to maximize profits.

This role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, a four-year degree, and progressive management experience in hospitality or entertainment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old at time of hire.
• Willing to obtain R-Serving, Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications as required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance for business travel.
• Reliable availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Progressive management experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, or food service.
• Prefer direct staff management experience for a team of 10+ people.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor diverse personalities and delegate responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees to provide attentive, efficient service to guests.
• Resolving conflicts or concerns from guests and employees.
• Monitoring theatre activity and ensuring proper staffing.
• Ensuring staff follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining personnel records and certifications.
• Learning payroll software and submitting biweekly payrolls.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests and team members.
