B&B Theatres is seeking a committed Assistant Manager to join our Kansas City team. You will work with management to hire and train staff, ensure guests receive excellent service, and help supervise daily operations across multiple functions within a busy theater.

The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, inventory, promotions support, safety compliance, and staff development. Join us in delivering magical entertainment experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old at hire.
• If aged 21+, R-Serving certification is required for locations with bars or packaged alcohol.
• Must obtain Food Handler and/or Food Manager certifications as required by location.
• Must be able to run errands and provide current driver license and vehicle insurance.
• Must have the availability to open and/or close regularly.

• Assist the Theatre General Manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy.
• Coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met.
• Supervise and motivate staff.

• Assist in hiring, training, and maintaining employee records.
• Secure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
• Cleaning and general upkeep of the venue.
• Perform a wide variety of tasks as needed to support theatre operations.
