Job summary

Cinema West is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our theatre operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This hands-on role requires on-site leadership, managing staff, controlling costs, and driving sales while upholding company policies.

The GM will supervise operations, staff development, and guest relations, reporting to the Area Manager. This is a full-time exempt position with weekend/weeknights and holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• Position: General Manager
• Status: Full-Time, Benefits Eligible, Exempt
• Salary Range: $70,304.00-$80,000.00 + Bonus + Benefits

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining exceptional guest services within the theatre
• Overseeing all aspects of the theatre’s operation and enforcing Company policies
• Ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, payroll, human resources management, and managing operating costs
• The GM reports to the Area Manager and works on-site, including weekends, weeknights and holidays
