Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to work in Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. You will ensure guest satisfaction through accurate POS handling, ticketing, upselling Premium Viewing options, and promoting the Regal Crown Club.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Box Office: operate POS, handle cash and tickets, upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote rewards program
• Concession: operate POS, manage stock, upsell, ensure food safety and breaks compliance
• Usher: direct patrons, enforce seating and MPAA ratings, maintain theater safety and cleanliness
