Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations and cross-train across all departments. This role leads training for Team Members and helps ensure policy compliance and superior guest service.

The position offers progression through Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program, with opportunities to advance to Senior Assistant Manager and beyond after six months of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Food handling certification or local/state mandated certifications where required.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions and communicates with staff.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their functions.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness and proper dress code across the theatre.
