Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.
• Food handling training and local/state certifications where required.
• Alcohol service training if applicable.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong guest service mindset and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Follows General Manager directions and supports staff.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their functions.
• Assists in administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards theater-wide.
• Adapts to operating needs across departments and shifts.
