Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations, train staff, and ensure exceptional guest service. This role supports the General Manager and works across departments to uphold Cinemark standards.

Successful candidates will complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and can progress to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after six months of demonstrated performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to train and lead others.
• Excellent Guest service and communication skills.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math abilities.
• Fluent English communication required.

Responsabilités

• Support General Manager’s decisions and communicate with staff.
• Work in all theatre departments and assist with job functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in specific roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure guest service standards and safety compliance.
• Enforce dress code and grooming per Cinemark guidelines.
• Report maintenance and safety issues to the General Manager.
• Lead teams and resolve conflicts as needed.
