Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.

Responsibilities

• Follows General Manager direction and supports staff.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their roles.
• Ensures compliance with theatre policies and safety standards.
• Assists in preparing reports for the General Manager.
• Delivers excellent guest service and resolves issues promptly.
• Maintains dress code and professional conduct.
• Coordinates across departments to support theatre operations.
