Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, ensure policies are followed, and meet performance standards across departments with inspirational training for team members.

The role offers a path to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service. Flex hours and guest-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of three basic courses within Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains local/state certifications where required.
• Management staff working with alcohol must complete Safe Alcohol Service training.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager's decisions in communication with the staff.
• Responsible for working in all departments and all theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Observes and participates in theatre building, property, and equipment inspections and maintenance.
