Cinemark Assistant Managers play a key role in theatre operations, ensuring policies are followed and standards met. They are cross-trained to support all departments and to train staff, with a clear path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program.

The role requires working with flexibility, strong leadership, and a focus on guest experience, safety, and adherence to Cinemark guidelines.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School or GED is preferred.
• Must complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).

Responsibilities

• Follow General Manager's directions and support staff communications.
• Work in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Inspect theatre facilities and equipment condition and report repairs.
