The role is a stepping stone to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Basic food handling training and any local health certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager and follow their direction.
• Support staff communication and decision implementation.
• Work across departments and cover theatre functions as needed.
• Train and coach team members on their duties.
