Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre and support across departments. The role includes training staff and ensuring exceptional guest service under the General Manager’s guidance.

Progression can lead to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of tenure. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state mandated certification or food handler permit.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provides excellent Guest service.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Interacts with Guests for improved service.
• Ensures that theatre policies and procedures are followed.
• Reports maintenance and safety issues to the General Manager.
