Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and ensure policies and procedures are followed. You will be cross-trained across departments to support teams and drive an exceptional guest experience.

The role offers a path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completion of the Management Accreditation Program and six months of experience. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program is expected.
• Strong communication and leadership are essential for coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports GM decisions and communicates with staff.
• Works in all theatre departments and supervises job functions.
• Trains and coaches team members in their roles.
• Prepares reports for the General Manager.
• Inspects theatre facilities and reports repairs as needed.
• Enforces dress code and delivers superior guest service.
• Maintains safety, security, and policy compliance.
