Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations across departments and uphold policies and standards.

You will be cross-trained, coach team members, and contribute to reports and inspections while preparing for further advancement to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre/General Manager after completing Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program. The role requires flexible hours, strong guest service, and the ability to lead others in a fast-paced cinema

Qualifications

• High school completion or equivalent required; college or degree not specified.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Must communicate clearly with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Follow General Manager directions and support staff communications.
• Work across all theatre departments and job functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspect theatre facilities and report needed repairs.
• Ensure dress code compliance and superior guest service.
• Enforce Cinemark policies with staff fairly and consistently.
• Adhere to Employee Relations Reporting Protocol.
