The role involves training staff, reporting to the General Manager, and ensuring guest satisfaction through consistent service and adherence to policies. The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and related certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and local/state certifications as required.
• Management members handling alcohol must complete Safe Alcohol Service training.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Strong guest service and good cash-handling skills.
• Effective communication with all ages and abilities.
• Ability to train and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports GM decisions in staff communications.
• Works in all departments and performs theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their duties.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Inspects theatre facilities and reports repairs.
• Ensures proper dress code and customer service.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines with fairness.
• Reports employee relations issues to the GM.
• Maintains high work ethic and conduct standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
