Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and a high school or GED graduate.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (MAP) courses.
• Strong guest service mindset with accurate cash handling and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager and support staff communication.
• Work in all departments and lead team members on job functions.
• Train and coach team members; prepare reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with Cinemark guidelines.
