Job summary

Cinemark in Cedar Park, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations, train staff, and ensure policy compliance. You will work across departments and support the General Manager.

This role offers practical leadership experience and cross-functional exposure within a dynamic cinema environment. Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program provides a clear pathway to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after six months.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Obtain local or state mandated food safety certification where required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong guest service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to train and lead others and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow the General Manager's direction and support staff communication.
• Work in all departments and assist in theatre operations.
• Train and coach Team Members in their duties.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Interact with guests to provide superior customer service.
• Enforce Cinemark guidelines with fairness and consistency.
• Report employee relations issues to the General Manager.
