Job summary

Cinemark Cedar Park is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre across all departments. You will train staff, support the General Manager, and help maintain service excellence for guests.

The role involves following policies and coordinating with teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Eligible candidates can progress to Senior Assistant Manager and later Theatre or General Manager after completing Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and six months of service.

Qualifications

• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of basic management courses within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program is required.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with staff.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures theatre cleanliness and safety standards.
• Provides excellent Guest service and resolves issues promptly.
• Ensures adherence to Cinemark guidelines and code of conduct.
