Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, train staff, and ensure policy compliance across departments. The role offers a path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager through the Management Accreditation Program.

Ideal candidates will lead by example, ensure excellent guest service, and maintain safety and HR procedures while working across all theatre functions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their roles.
• Participates in admin and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures guest service is of high standard.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness in all theatre areas.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines and policies with staff.
