Qualifications

• Completed Cinemark Management Accreditation Program and food handling certification.
• Good communication, time management, and guest service skills required.

Responsabilités

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports staff.
• Trains and coaches team members in their roles.
• Ensures compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintains high standards of guest service and cash handling accuracy.
• Participates in building and equipment inspections and reports issues.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports.
