Job summary

Cinemark Assistant Managers assist in the overall operation of the theatre, cross training in all departments to support staff and elevate guest service. They can advance to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service.

Responsibilities include supporting the General Manager, training Team Members, and ensuring safety, cleanliness and compliance with Cinemark guidelines while maintaining high work

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and capable of obtaining local certifications if required.
Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program or equivalent.
Experience leading teams and delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

Assist in theatre operations and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
Train and coach Team Members across departments to improve service.
Support administrative reporting and daily cash handling tasks.
Ensure safety, cleanliness and proper dress code throughout the theatre.
