Job summary

Cinemark Assistant Managers assist in the overall operation of the theatre and are cross trained in all departments to support where needed. They can advance to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and required tenure.

Responsibilities include training staff, ensuring policy compliance, reporting on operations, and maintaining safety and customer service excellence across all theater functions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must complete Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Must complete local/state food handling or equivalent certifications where required.

Responsibilities

• Follow direction of General Manager and support staff.
• Train and coach team members for their roles.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Ensure policies, procedures and safety standards are followed.
