Job summary

Cinemark Assistant Managers assist in the overall operation of the theatre, cross trained across departments. They support the General Manager and train team members to deliver exceptional guest service and meet standards. Management accreditation leads to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager roles.

Responsibilities include following GM direction, reporting on operations, and ensuring safety and policy compliance while maintaining a high work ethic across the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to train, lead others and resolve conflicts in a team environment.
• Must speak English and follow theater policies and safety procedures.
• Attendance and time management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theatre operations and ensure policies are followed.
• Support all departments and provide training to employees.
• Communicate with staff and execute General Manager decisions.
• Prepare administrative reports and monitor facility condition and safety.
• Deliver superior customer service and uphold dress code.
• Identify issues and report repairs or safety concerns promptly.
