Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program basics.

Responsibilities

• Follows direction of General Manager and supports staff.
• Trains and coaches team members in their duties.
• Ensures all theatre departments operate smoothly and safely.
• Interacts with guests to provide superior service and resolve issues.
• Maintains dress code and observes safety protocols.
• Prepares admin and special reports for management.
• Reports maintenance and safety concerns to the GM.
