Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and ensure policies are followed. You will be cross-trained across departments and lead training for staff to provide excellent guest service.

The role offers a clear path from Assistant Manager to Senior Assistant Manager and then Theatre Manager after completing Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and six months of service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program preferred.
• Must be 18+ and available for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate in English and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager decisions and communicates with staff.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their functions.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports.
• Ensures guests receive superior customer service.
• Enforces Cinemark policies and maintains safety standards.
• Addresses safety and security issues promptly.
